Video of American Ride @ 5200 rpms vs dump truck

Over the last few weeks Mike from KEM Performance has been coming up to tinker with the tuning on the American Ride. As I have posted in the past you could see that he has gotten the truck to rev out to over 5000 rpms. After his last visit there were a few loose ends that needed addressed.

Well Mike and Muj came back up yesterday afternoon. Mike did some more tinkering with the truck to get the truck to very close to fully fueling out to 5200. The truck is getting closer now

Guy and I would also like to put out our thanks to:

KEM Performance - for the all the work and research in cracking the programming.

Innovative Diesel - without there help and original programming Guy may have given up months ago. .

Swamps Diesel, without these new "ginormous" injectors any power at this rpms would not be possible.

Outlaw Turbo Motorsports - for the Awesome and improved turbo.

Weweld - for the use of a spare set of his injectors.

Empire Diesel - for building a motor that is proving to hold together at these rpms.

SouthBend - for a clutch that has worked flawlessly for over 30 some hooks

Now to see if it will perform as well hooked to the sled.

Here a little video of some more testing.
Doug, I forgot to call to make sure you were far enough away!:evil

Looks sweet! Do you guys stay around your hometown, or do you travel to different states for pulls? I'd love to see that thing in person

Mostly just pull in Wisconsin. It pulled at Shied's this year and was the only Ford that made the finals in the 2.8 class that still had a Powerstroke in it. If it gets to the level the owner wants, I can see him going to more big national events.
