8hr Drive w/ SCT Livewire 9625OR

Went from Nor Cal to Reno, NV today and back with the SCT 9625OR installed. 2010 Ford 6.4 8k miles. With the tow tune installed I managed to get there and back on approx 1 tank of gas. I have the 30 gallon tank. Plenty of power and much better milaege than stock. I also have the Donahoe 7" lift and it did very good going over the mountain and didn't beat us up too bad. The cruise control would kick off once in a while when we would go through some snow chained areas but other than taht smooth sailing. Good long test for the truck and it passed my expectations.

how many miles did you go on your trip? i just orderd the SCT with the innovative custom tunes on it. i cant wait to try it out

480 miles to and from Reno, NV

If you did 480 miles on 30 gallons you did around 16mpg.. I think that is really good considering you are on 7" of lift and im assuming arounnd 37" tire plus you was only on the tow tune.. The higher tunes get better fuel mileage so thats pretty good

Forgot to mention I've also got 4.10 gears in it.
