Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit High Error

I just had everything re-installed and now I'm getting this code:

DTC Code = P2455. Diesel Particulate Filter
Pressure Sensor A Circuit High

What I have noticed after just getting under the truck is that of the 3 sensors, the one furthest forward seems fine, but the last two you can completely turn them around. They will not come out, but they are completely loose where you can grab it and rotate them round and round if you wanted to.

I'd like to be code free and would like to resolve this issue. I did not have this code before. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

I am guessing that those are EGT sensors. You should have 3 EGT sensors and a pressure sensor.
