Here lately I have been considering going back to a stack. I use to have a 6" MBRP single stainless mitre. I currently have a 4" downpipe back stainless AFE exhaust. That exhaust is going to go on my dad's truck. I already have a 5" Powerstroker67 exhaust waiting to go on. I just can't decided if I should go with a stack again or if I should just do a 5" MBRP with 6" black tip. If I get a stack, it's going to be a 7" black mitre cut.
Also note that my truck is going to have a 4" BDS lift and my old 35's back on after this weekend.
There is a poll option "other" also. If you choose that, post up what you think I should do....with the 5" Powerstroker67 delete pipe of course.
im going to get a 8" black for my truck jeff .. its gunna be pretty good lookin all white on black same thing 4" on 35's i personally think the best way to do it is a stack i have a mbrp 5" on 6" tip now and after a year i want a change and a change for the louder
Today I put an 8" tip on mine and have decided that it's too big coming out the back. I've been planning on changing to a 5" exhaust and today I decided that a 7" tip would be what I want to go with.
Looks good! Been away for awhile. Didn't know you were going back up. Giving up on those low to mid 12's on fuel?? That was the last I heard you were shootin for.
Thanks man! I think I am pretty set on just sticking with a normal exhaust. I will probably cut the exhaust of over the axle and do a 6" or 7" black tip angled downward.
Dang. It looks a lot bigger than a 6" in that picture. It looks bigger than that black tip Jesse had on it. Looks good though! I just don't want stainless or chrome on my truck.
Yea it really does look bigger. I had to go measure just to double check. This one was on the truck when I bought it, but the black one was probably a 5".
That is why the 6" tip looks so big to me then. I thought it was 5" exhaust, so it made me think the tip had to be at least 7"...maybe even 8"
