Super Chips Racing Tuner!!

Well I was one of the lucky ones that took advantage of Aaron at Rudy's offer to test out the superchips tuner for the6.4. Recieved packages from Rudy's within a couple days, but did'nt get to install till this weekend. Tuner comes with 3 tunes until you download your stock tune and update online. This gives you a fourth tune plus the dpf/egr delete options. For a hundred bucks you can also get the adrenaline tune which is their highest horsepower. I stuck with the free package and downloaded the #2 tune which they call the SAVE tune which is suppose to be for milage off road of course. All went as planned the tuner steps you through the whole process. Along with this I put a doc/dpf delete with stock exhaust when installing the exhaust I found it easier to remove the pipe into the muffler so you could get some leverage getting it into the delete pipe as it was a very tight fit otherwise the sticky about installation is very good. As I get a few miles on I'll report back about milage, but so far the throttle response and shifting is much better.

We achieved a gain of +200 HP and +425 ft/lb TQ to the rear wheels on a 6.4 with DPF and EGR deleted on Level 5.
