The Whole Package for my new 6.4L

I bought a 2008 JOB 2 6.4L PSD F250 yesterday. I have around 4k to spend. I'm thinking about taking advantage of the spartan deal right now with the dual exhaust instead of the single outlet, but I want your opinions before I pull the trigger: I'm talking pure performance under each category...which brand/model to go with?
Intake:
Exhaust:
Tuner:
I want a 4'' lift or leveling kit w/blocks:
Tires(I'm thinking 35 or 37s):
Wheels(I'm thinking 20s):
Should I get the Detroit Truetrac LSD:
Upgrade fuel pump?:
Front bumper light bar/bumper(westin?):

yea whyyy sell it haha ... and sorry to tell ya buddy but 4grand aint gunna get it all but do this

tuner:spartan with 310
5"dpf cat delete
5" filter back mbrp installer series and paint it black and u save alota money haha
ready lift 3.5"
toyo mud grappler 37x13.50
18"s ull save alot
and suncoast superduty rebuild kit and trq converter
Hurculine factory bumper cheap nd looks alot better than stock and get a light bar thatll be alot less than buying a bumper replacment
i dont have a detroit but it would prolly be very nice
elite headstuds
elite egr delte with wastegate ( get at same time at studs requires no more labor than just installing studs)

sold it because I needed the money, got layed off when payments started rolling in and am gettting married in 4 months(I ended up breaking even for my 2011, got lucky)...just got a new job (a great job). From what I hear, these 6.4L's are solid so I'm excited to build it up! I have 4k for now, but will have a lot more money coming soon! Thanks rollin! So should I do the spartan fall sale and continue from there w/ the mods you listed?
Also, I heard banks intercooler is better than spearco...just what I've read. AND, Is the S&B better than AFE?
I'm definitely going to do nitrous(small shot), but doubt I'll do meth/water injection...I've heard intake valves take a beating.
Please list most important mods first so I know where to spend my money first

ok so get s&b because not only does it flowbetter or did idk if afe made a better one by now ... also it is alot more sealed .. get the spartan and the 5" delete and 5" filter back ..4" downpipe.. bigger intercooler pipe.. trans mods.. headstuds.. egr delte with waste gate.. nitrous.. turbos.. fuel system upgrade.. water meth and just run water and a tiny bit of meth.. now i dont know much about the ouo traction blocks can u post up a link im interested myself also i would save the money on a lift at first get urself some 35" 13.50 or 12.50 on a nice 18 that will save alot also i saw a bit ago the traction bars on river citys website im interested to see if they work well cause u will soon learn front wheel hop in 4wd is common at the strip while launching

I wanted to do the fall Spartan sale, but Angela at Spartan convinced me otherwise. The sale price is for a DPF delete only, and most people end up getting the DOC deleted after it gets clogged up. Just a heads up, get rid of both of them right off the bat.

So would it make sense to do the sell, and also delete the DOC?
What brand exhaust is best? Like rollincoal said, I'm most likely doing 5'' exhaust work.

I know it's a great package deal and I've been emailing back and forth with Angela, but I just want to make sure I'm getting the best exhaust and intake options as a part of that deal. I.e., is AFE the best exhaust w/ delete. I've been told earlier in this thread that S&B makes a better intake...just trying to read up and get opinions before I pull the trigger. I'm definitely going w/ spartan tune..then thinking KEM 345 tune.
