Lower tube at the CAC.
It's best to keep a spare with you, because when it does blow off, it tears the ring off the inside of the tube that helps retain it to the CAC.
Failing that, take it apart, clean it up with brake cleaner real good, and put a light film of RTV silicone over both ends, and tighten it up. Actually, this could be done BEFORE a failure ever occurs.
