15-30 minutes depending on what you're loading.

The first time you load a tune it can take up to 90min, but switching between tunes should be 15-30 min.

On my manual trans it only takes 11 minutes to switch between tunes.

15 minutes, no more doing a tune change. And like John said above, it can take a LONG time the first time. Some trucks only take 30-40 minutes and others take as long as 60-90 minutes.
