Do you need a lift to put on dual steering stabilizers?

Was looking at getting the Rize industries kit until I noticed what it says:

"This is a Dual Steering Stabilizer Kit for the 08-09 Ford Super Duty. This kit is designed to accent the Rize Industries 6", 8" or 12" suspension lift system, but will work with any lift."

Can I put it on my stock lifted truck? and if I add a leveling kit after would that change anything? Anything helps thanks

Something I have always wondered......would a dual steering stabilizer help with keeping the front end stable on a race truck when you launch? I am trying to figure out an alternative to strapping down the front end. You can PM me if you like Cary.
