Which Transmission to buy

I put the same question on PSN...i figured id throw it on both and get a mix of ideas

i didnt know if i should throw this in the trans section or 6.4 performance...mods move it if u need to

Anyway...i finally have the cash saved up to buy my transmission....im going fully built...heavy duty clutches, converter, billet reverse hub and billet input shaft...pretty much my question is should i go Suncoast, NADP, or Elite?

Elites tranny is pretty sweet with the extra clutches they put.. Who knows how long it'll take to get it but it will be sweet!!!! haha

ya im liking the extra clutches too...but the other 2 are pretty nasty too...i know rudys truck is running suncoast...and ellerton has an nadp...so i know they all can hold some nasty power...just which is the most reliable holding it is what im looking for

I'll put it to you this way: Shawn took his apart to check through it recently, and after hundreds of 1000+ HP passes and dyno runs, and it was in perfect condition.

That's what I call a transmission!!

see thats why i keep bouncing back and forth...i have NEVER heard a bad thing about an NADP race trans...Elite's looks good...and Suncoast is good too but after i talked to Nate, (i forget his last name, black 6.0 that was in the DPC)...he said he went through like 4-5 Suncoasts...switched to NADP and never had a problem...i know their all good...its just now i need to find out which is the best

trans/converter is a dive i'm looking to take in the next few months.

And is the suncoast converter still the go to one or no?

ya the suncoast converter is the way to go...thats the converter nadp gives you with their trans..

and thanks jeff i keep bouncing back and forth between em and suck at making decissions lol
