210, 210 Tow Performance, or even the 250 tune......if you keep a close eye on your gauges.

whats the difference between 210 and 210 tow performance?
The 210 TP has firmer shifts to keep the clutches alive for a heavy load, and early lock-up for stronger pulling and better fuel mileage.

With level 1 license will my Spartan (on order be here friday) have the 210 tow performance tune out of the box?

Yes, the 210 TP is included.

with the 210 TP do you still use the trucks tow haul mode?

We always recommend using the tow/haul button while towing

I pulled a 10K pound trailer with the 275 tune twice going about 60 miles each time without any issues. Is this not recommended?

You can tow with what ever tune you would like, but I don't recommend towing with a tune that big. A lot of guys do it though....with no issues.
