i am pretty sure now it is the same as the other but it is dyed and just pray you don't get dipped or there will be a heavy heavy fine

Dyed fuel is the same thing if your runnin it it just means you aren't paying the tax to pay for the roads that you are driving on and a very hefty fine is in your future

Off Road Diesel is used in million dollar diesel equipment along with multimillion dollar boat diesel engines. Don’t think it will hurt a thing as stated above… it could be expensive in the long run but not from harm to your PowerStroke, but your wallet…

There is no difference any more.
There used to be. Off-road sulfer content is 15 ppm , and so is off road fuel now. It used to be 500ppm. As of june 2010 they are both 15 ppm. The only difference is the off-road is cheaper cause you're not paying the tax on it. The drawbacks are huge though. Not worth it IMO ![]() Emission Standards: USA: Nonroad Diesel Engines |

its cheaper than regular ulsd in my neighborhood, but i dont see how the fines can be inforced upon anyone, maybe out in california but def not in michigan, i also have a pro street mustang that i run leaded fuel in and thats illigal but the cops dont say a word about it, you no the smell of leaded racing fuel!!!!! but any way if all the difference is the taxes and not the sulfar content--- sweet cheaper fuel that justifies the additives i have to buy with every tank

thats bs ive got caught running it twice and my ticket was 2,000 each time if it was that much a gallon a tank full would be altease 30gs aint no-way anyone would pay that or atleast not in ga anyway but they do get a frown on there face when they catch you running it though
same way as if they catch you running home-made bio-fuel its the same fine here in ga because your not paying road taxes on it either and they aint even got dip your tank for bio all they gotta do is smell for french fries or look for them flying outta the exhaust

They check in Wisconsin. They sometimes set up road blocks and check, but that's usually by the auction lots. Or if you piss off the wrong guy and he rats you out to Johnny law.
