IDP 500 hp tune

Is anyone running this Tune? If so, what do you think of it? I want a custom tune but do not want to go much over the 500 hp range. Debating between RCD 485 or IDP 500

2008 F-350 FX4
Full exhaust/DPF delete
Egr delete
KEM tuned Mini Maxx
S&B CAI

I've got that tune on my SCT, and it is clearly a great step up from the canned tunes on the SCT. But, the shifting is hard as crap, and I don't know if maybe I didn't do the relearn for the trans enought or what. I run it for a week or so every once in a while to see if somethings changed, but I just can't take the shifting so hard sometimes..... Other than that, the tune is awesome compared to the canned ones...

I wonder why it shifts so hard. I guess I will find out.

Its a race tune. They all shift hard

It's the firm shifts setting u can choose when you program it. It should shift hard it is better for the tyranny to have firm shifts

The firm shifting is quick. On my truck it lighten up a lot but still quick. I have not ran anything above the street tune in my truck, the tow tune stays all the time now with firm shifting. After driving for a while, around 100 miles of stop and go, freeway, pulling the trailer, etc. it did become less harsh. I like the shifting though, much more positive.
