KEM 345 Track Results
Ok, so last night I finally made it out to the track to try out the KEM 345 tune. I made five passes ranging from 13.503 @ 101 to 13.609 @ 100. Four out of the five runs where 13.5's. All 60ft's where in the high 1.7's and very low 1.8's.
This was using the same launch technique, same track and same weather conditions that my truck runs 13.3's with when the Spartan 310 tune loaded. So basically, for me the Spartan 310 has made the most power on the dyno, feels the fastest on the street and IS the fastest tune I have at the track. I know there are all kinds of post complaining about how hard the Spartan 310shifts compared to the 345 and what not. At this point the 310 shifting doesn't bother me. Traction bars fix that right up. When going down the track the 310 shifting is MUCH better than the 345 shifting. Since going down the track is when your are going to put wear on the trans I think I'll just stay with the 310 from now on. Anyway, this is just my experience with both of these tunes. Both are great, but I think the Spartan 310 is more suited for what I want to do with my truck. |

wow... im surprised to hear this, i have no experience in either tune. I am thinking about getting the Kem 310 tune though and found this interesting.

Hanging heels. Given you have the 275 (spartan) do you realize how much more money you're spending to get the Kem 310 vs the spartan 310. It's a $100 upgrade through spartan wheras you'll have to pay retail for it through KEM unless you already ahve some of their tunes.

Dyno numbers show the 310 Spartan tune is stronger as well.....same dyno, same day
