De-fuel settings?

What do you guys set your de-fuel settings to? Pyro, boost and coolant? I have 1450, 45 and 210. What are you guys running?

I guess me and your buddy are the only ones who mess with the defuel settings.

I would also like to know how to shut off the EGR, or if it is automatically turned off.

I have my PSI defuel at 40lbs, and tranny set to 210, and coolant is about the same. Also, my pyro is set at 1450 degress.

Thanks for the replies. I am not sure how to turn off EGR. I don't remember seeing it in setup and I have installed it about 10 times trying to find the right torque lockup speed.
