Buying performance kit

Gentlemen,
I am going to buy the following for my '08 F-250 with 30k miles on it:

Spartan tunes 250 and less
S&B air intake
DPF/CAT delete

I was on here about a year ago doing research and remember there being package deals for this exactly. I went to the spartan website and only saw one package that included the S&B intake but had the 310 and 350 tunes. I dont want anything above the 250/275. Where is the best place to buy these upgrades and is there any package deals? Also would it be better just to buy separate.

Also would anybody go a different route in trying to improve fuel economy. This is the sole reason for the upgrades.

Im running 6" lift and 35" tires. Currently if I go 70 mph I get 14.1 mpg. Any idea what increase in mileage with these up grades (no metal foot at all).

Im sure these questions are asked all the time but I have not found thread that answers some of the questions above that was recent.
