Installing now H&S what HP setting for tranny relearn?

Installing the H&S and dpf/doc delete right now. What HP setting should I use for the relearn? Some people say to use the highest setting and others say not to. I am going to use either the 150 or the 225. Also how many times do you need to do it? It says 0-60 1/4 throttle, 0-60 half throttle, and 0-80 WOT. Do you only do this once or run through it a few times? Thanks!
