FRP Warning

When I am in overdrive at a low speed I can push the pedal down and hold it for a second or two but sometimes the FRP goes to 27500 or a little above and then quickly returns to normal. I know I am making that happen but is it ok to do that?? FRP alarm is set to warn me at 27500..... 275 Spartan tuned 6.4

Yes it is fine I believe these things can handle 30,000+ for short periods.

Mine use to peg 30,000 psi but i had three bad injectors holding closed causing the pressure not to bleed down.
Problem corrected and pressure back down.

Thanks guys....I make my truck starve itself like that to pour a ton of smoke and the warning sound is set at 27500 and only sounds for a second or two, so according to you guys I am good. Hey KTMOTORIDER1 do you have an upgraded tranny running the 310 or only an upgraded pan? I see you have made a lot of motor upgrades and that all sounds great!
