New to powerstrokes would like some advice

Hey guys. For the past 10 years I've been running dodges and just came across what I think is a good deal.

2008 ford f350 regular cab 4x4 dually with a manual tranny and it has 100k on her.

My questions are is there anything that I really need to be worried about. It has not been modded and has had it's regular maintenance. If there's no major problems that I need to be concerned about then my next question is

what kind of performance parts are good. I'm looking at a programmer intake and I want to run 5" straight pipes cause I like the deep tone. Also with the 5" pipe does it sound pretty good and is it loud outside the cab?

ur on the right track man, just keep up the maintenance and enjoy your new powerstroke, be careful though, modding these trucks is very addictive. oh welcome to the org
