I have a 2010 f250 crewcab 4x4 with 3.55 gears, sparton 275 tune, dpf/cat delete, soon to be installed afe stage 2 si. My question is will I gain any power at all from removing the factory catback exhaust with something else that doesn't have a muffler ? Will it lower egts?
I have tried to look at dyno runs but haven't seen any good runs to compare the difference between the factory catback and a aftermarket on a modified truck.
Next question what is a high engine oil temp? Truck is fairly new and almost has 1000 miles. Going to switch over to synthetic when service time comes around.Thanks in advance.
