I just ordered my H&S mini maxx few questions

I just ordered my H&S Mini today. big thanks to nate at performancetruckproducts. helped out with a few questions and gave me the lowest price around the first time. Anyhow I will be installing it on my truck in sig.
I do allot of mixed driving between towing #12000lb trailer and just daily driving. I was wondering what tunes I should use and also what transmission tune I should run I was looking and saw that there were a bunch of different ones. I was also wondering what you guys do with your left over wires from the exhaust sensors since you dont have to plug them back in. I will be installing an S&B intake and a 4" down pipe back duel exhaust in case you were wondering. What kind of milage increase should I expect right now im only getting around 9 mpgs pulling my 3000 lb mower trailer around with regen about 2 times per tank, and im only getting 12.5 on the highway.

i taped the wire ends and tied them up , its just like a wire clip that will be left.
