"filter back" pipe

I need a "filter back" pipe. I already have the dpf/cat delete, but the section underneath the vent collar (just downstream of the muffler) is in bad shape. it was bent up when I bought it and I think I busted it up more when I bent it back. So it just flops around.

I did however, put the welder to it yesterday and tacked the pipe to the collar, hoping it would help. And it did, but I didn't have any stanless wire, so not sure how long it will hold. I want to preserve the OEM pipe for obvious reasons, hence the replacement.

So... Where can I get a muffler delete pipe for as little money as possible? Nothing fancy.

well I think on mine i had to take everything from the Mufler back out because it was all welded.. i bought a banks Dual exhauset works great looks good too thats was $350.

Yeah, that's what I'm sayin'. Dump the worthless muffler on back. I've seen a "filter back" pipe for sale on a couple of sites, which deletes the muffler but I can't afford what they're asking.

I looked at the Banks kit after your first post. I like the looks of those. Still a bit pricey for me, but very tempting. I like the single side dual... The MBRP is more in my price range.

Has anyone just run it right out the passenger side in front of the rear wheels? Hangars might be an issue... Could probably get that pc of pipe real cheap.... Drawbacks of that??? Possibly the white truck and black smoke wouldn't be cool.

No problem! i do not tknow how that would work never seen it done it would be cool tho... I just love duals not many people have them on the 6.4

does anyone have the dpf delete pipe with the banks exhaust and if so how does it sound with out the muffler ?
