Turbo back install HELP!!

INstalling my turbo back exhaust and the the downpipe( stock) wont come out, any help would be appreciated here, what have you guys done when installing it????? its still up on the lift where its been ll day, i need my truck done to drive hahahha

You have to cut the downpipe to get it out unbolt it slide it down cut as high as you can then start wiggling it out. I have seen guys say they got it out by shifting the trans over lot of work there though.

There is someone on here that got it out in one piece without moving the trans. Can't remember who though. They were just lucky I would say. Mine got hacked up lol

Yeah mine is in the same shape as yours Jeff. Cut into pieces. Clutch good luck to ya man.

un bolt behind the turbo, slide down far as you can then use a sawzall with a 8" blade reach up high as you can and cut her in half. goodluck.

thanks, im going to try and unbolt the cross bar and tip the engine up, i want to keep the dp just in case i trade it inn

also, if i have black max do i just leave the sensors in the dpf and unplug them? thats how is should work correct?

I do not know about the Black max but with the Spartan you have to Take the sensors out of the DPF and Put them in the Dlete pipe or Buy new ones and put them in the Dlete pipe. i just switched them out it was not hard.

Alright, from what iv been told and read black max doesn't need sensors.
