Spartaned 6.4 VS Hemi

I have the truck in my sig. I have a guy with a 1/2 ton 2wd 2009 Dodge with a Hemi that claims that there is no way that I could beat him. I call BS on this. I don't think I would smoke him, me being on 37's, but I think I could beat him or be very very close. His truck is bone stock. What do you guys think?

With your tune - I'd be willing to bet you would still smoke him. spool up a little first and let the coal roll.

I raced a 5.9 tuned a while back and smoked him on each of 4 attemps. I'm running 35's on stock 3.73 gears and a Banks tuner at the time, level 6. Granted he wasnt a hemi - but still. And honestly I dont think that Hemi is all they are touted to be. Not that I have heard.

Is it just a hemi or is it a srt10. If it is just a hemi you will take him. If it is a srt10, you will get a good look at his tailgate. I know this wont be a popular post bieng on a Ford site and coming from a Dodge guy, but its the truth. Stock trim I have seen times ranging from 12.7-13.09.

Kick in 4wd so you get the traction, spool up and go.

The hemi - if he isnt smart about it will smoke his rear - loosing traction giving you the benefit.

are you talking an srt 10 or just a regular ram with a hemi...if its a regular ram..you will blow his doors off...if its an srt 10 you should still have him but it will be a little closer

There is no SRT-10 in the new body style and and the SRT-10 has a Viper motor in it. Anyone who get's a V10 confused with a Hemi is a idiot. You will destroy him, stock Hemi's don't even dip into the 14's in the 1/4 mile.

I spanked my friends hemi truck over and over again and I was rolling on 35s with just a tow tune. I think you will blow his doors off. If its the srt10 it will be a good race but if your running the 310 you should take him too.

Didnt look at the year of the Dodge. They stopped making the SRT-10 in 2006 so his is a hemi. It wont even be a race. In the 1/4mile you will beat him by 2sec.

I out ran hemis in my OBS and it doesnt hold a candle to my 6.4. You shouldnt have any trouble with him.

You will destory him i raced a guy that i work with that have the same truck and blew him away with my Spartan 250 tune. You will win ill put money on it! the hemie in not what it used to be.
