If your willing to spend the coin, I recommend doing the Powerstroker67 5" delete pipe with an MBRP 5" DPF back exhaust. If not, then I would go with an 4" AFE downpipe back exhaust. They are good quality and are pretty easy to install. As for the intake, you can't go wrong with S&B or AFE. If you go with an AFE, the Pro Gaurd 7 filter seems to get the best reviews.

I would recommend S&B or AFE for the intake. For the exhaust, I would recommend either powerstrokers DPF/CAT Delete pipe or a full downpipe back like AFE. We carry all of the options, let us know if we can help.

I run the AFE 4" full downpipe back and AFE Stg II Intake - Pro 5 R filter.

The intake makes a lot more whistle than the stocker. The exhaust is very very quiet. I didn't like how quiet it was so I took an MBRP muffler delete that I had from another truck and installed it. The truck sounds like a jet now.
