Has Anyone been fined by the EPA for DPF delete?

Yes, it is a $10,000 fine (federal). No, I haven't heard of anyone being fined on these forums. There was a rumor of it awhile back, but nothing every came of it.

well i doubt it would really be enforced. but its a scary thought and any way who would giver them the right to tell us what we can and cant do to our trucks unless its a saftey violation!

This is why I live in Alabama Nobody gives a rip about emissions equipment! including those who are supposed to enforce it! I don't think we will ever have emissions testing.

I can't tell you how many times I have heard people say this over the past 10 years. The funny part is when they complain they have try to re-register their truck in a different county to drive it after they threw away the stock emissions equipment years ago. If you are going to remove it, keep it just incase!
