Aftermarket radiator options
Has anybody gone with an aftermarket radiator instead of just replacing the low quality factory radiator? I'd like to find an aftermarket radiator with some type of warranty. This is the only one I've been able to dig up so far, Performance Radiator for 2008-2010 6.4L Ford Powerstroke . I have a crack in the top driver side of my radiator and Ford is not going to warranty it, so any help is much appreciated!

We sell alot of Performance Radiators, never had an issue. Haven't done one on a 6.4L though. Plenty of 7.3L ones, but no 6.4L's.

That's a pretty misleading picture.
The ad says the core and tanks are aluminum. It appears to have a space for a radiator cap on the upper right.

Bumping this back up. Any other aftermarket options, and anyone find out if that one has aluminum tanks or not? I'm rebuilding an '08 and don't want to put the crappy stock radiator on it.

If you really want an aftermarket radiator. Call up Griffin race radiators. They will build anything you want. It will come at a price though. I would guess somewhere around $1000. Maybe less. They built all the coolers for my rock race buggy. Amazing product.

im lookin into it being i have had my truck two weeks and the rad cracked it is under warranty so more or less i want to be ready with one that wont crack if the time comes
