Spartan Old or New style

Just wondering if anyone could tell me ifthis is the old or new style Spartan. I was told the older ones have to be relicensed but the newer ones dont? Hoping someone could clear this up for me.

If you cant see the pic good enough I can email it. Didnt know it would turn out so small. It has dashdaq series II on the box and dashdaq xl on the tuner itself.

New style. You have to get a new license with any of them.

That is a DashDAQ XL tuner, not the original DashDAQ. Either way it has to be relicensed like John said above.
