what is the "EFTI" on the dash daq ?
and is there a list somewhere to show what all the abbreviations are ?

That is the fuel rail temp. What other abreviations are you wondering about?

When you got it brand new there was a paper in the box that had all or the most common abbreviaitons.

TFT - Transmission Fluid Temp
ECT - Engine Coolant Temp
EOT - Engine Oil Temp
EGRTA=EGT - Exhaust Gas Temp
MGP - Manifold Gauge Pressure=Boost Pressure
EFT - Engine Fuel Temp

Fuel rail temp in the 150's, default settings sounded alarm at 140 with a high limit of 160. Is something wrong with my truck or should I bump up the alarm a few degrees? 08 6.4 ambient 85 deg, spartan 210 with dpf/cat delete stock air setup. Did notice on a fresh air filter that the resettable guage on filter was about 2/3 sucked in, stock filter must not be letting enough flow thru, I guess maybe a K&N stock replacement or a cold air kit? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

You might have a dry fuel cooler. As for the filter, go with AFE....not K&N.

S&B and AFE both make great cold air intakes. Just depends on how much $ you want to spend.
