275 DD
about two months ago I bought a new 2010 6.4L and well after doing some reading around here I found spartan was the tuner to go with. I curently am running
- spartan 250 tune - MBRP 4" cat back stainless - Volant Intake I did install some gauges - Boost - pryo / EGT - fuel pressure I only have about 2800 miles on the truck right now and I have been running the 250 tune as a daily driver for the last week. Do I need to do anything else to the truck to run a 275 as a DD safe!? |

Hell, I daily drive the 275 and haul a 36' triple slide 5th wheel with a 21' wakeboard boat hitched to the back of the trailer. Just keep an eye on your gauges and drive sensible and you will be ok.

You might have a flow problem with the Volant. I had it and with the 310 it would pull in the flow minder a lot. Put in a AFE and now more problems. The 275 might be ok.

You shouldn't have head gasket issues with the 2010 model truck. It should have the latest head gasket design.

You should be just fine with the 275, it is what I use for my DD.
