275 shifts better, TC locks up alot quicker at 45MPH and the fuel milage is better.

IMO, the 275 shifts hard compared to the 250. But, it is my favorite tune. In my truck, the 275 does much better on fuel.

I've been running the 275 daily for well over a year. No issues yet. I love it.

I never bought the Spartan TCM for mine. Never felt the need. According to the last tank I ran with the 250 tune. It was about 1.5 MPG less than what I normally see with my 275. Mostly in town driving. Red light to red light.

I just want to say that if you dog your truck like crazy, and beat on it hard, you run the risk of blowing your HG's on the 275 tune. Especially since yours is a Job 1 (is it a Job 1?), and it seems many HG failures on 6.4's are on Job 1 trucks.

275 will shift really hard at first, but settles down in time. I use it for my daily driver, it has plenty of power and the shifts are now quick and firm without being too harsh.

The TCM is not needed for the 275 tune. It is only recommended for those with a Job 1 TCM that plan on daily driving with the 310 tune, along with using it for competition use.

How can we tell what job we have? I think mine may be borderline between 1&2.
