Towing with 275 tune

Everyone now and then Ill pull a car trailer with a a small vehichle on it. Can I leave my spartan on 275? I drive VERY easy

I have towed a 10k skid steer/trailer on the 310 tune just took it easy and kept the boost down drove just fine i think you will be fine taking it easy.

IIRC, Jeff recommended not towing any higher than the 250 because of the trans tuning in the higher tunes.

I pull my 10k 5th wheel with the 275 and I like it better than the 210 for pulling, just have to be smart and watch your gauges.

I don't recommend it, but if your watching your temps closely then go for it. The tranny temp is usually the one you really need to watch. It should be ok with a light load though.

I pull my 8000 lb bobcat with 2195 lb trailer a lot with 275 last two weeks and never saw anything even close to concerning me. I also pulled my 99 f350 on same trailer a hundred or so miles through some crappy traffic and small hills with the same result so just watch, but I take it real easy when towing anything with any vehicle because other morons on road have no idea what pulling a trailer and changing lanes and stopping is like and I would shoot someone if was approved by dot
