911 need spartan help

Hey guys,
I tried to go from the 275 TCM file to 210 TCM file and the dashdaq said download failure, reload stock. I changed to stock TCM and downloaded the recovery file Mick sent me when I updated my dashdaq. When I tried to download a tune the dashdaq says must download stock tune after download failure. I tried to call mick and left him a voicemail. I don't know what else to do. The stock file that I saved from the first time I installed the Spartan won't work, the dashdaq says invalid file. If any of you guys have any ideas please let me know, I need the truck to go back to work tomorrow.

Do you have the stock file backed up somewhere? if so try to reload the backed up version on the sd card and re-try, sounds like you stock file is corrupt. If not hold tight I sure Jeff will see this sometime soon or Mick will call you back. They are both really good about getting back to you.

You could try unhooking the batts and try reloading the tune.

More then likely Mick will need to send you a modified stock file as he did with me, when we converted over to the new flash some folks originall stock files would not work after the update, Mick sent me a new stock file and everything was good, good luck and I am sure Mick or Jeff will get in touch with you.

Has Mick gotten back with you yet? I won't be able to help you out with this issue unfortunately. Mick will have to send you a recovery file.

He has to have a new stock file. A recovery file will not allow him to return the truck after a download failure. Hopefully his new stock file will be here this afternoon or tomorrow.
