Innovative Extreme Street Tune...

I've been running the SCT Livewire on the Extreme tune with a DOC/DPF delete and drop in AFE for a while now, getting around 13ish across the board, beating it, pu$$y footing it, hauling, empty, whatever. I was under the impression that staying out of the throttle on an even higher HP tune would yield a higher MPG number, wrong? I installed the Innovative Extreme Street tune hoping to gain just a mile or two per gallon with the extra horses, but the result was different then expected. The first thing I did was let the trans learn the tune, about a half a tank before I really got into hard. When I did though, it wasn't any stronger than the canned Extreme tune. The smoke seems to come on hard at first but fades quickly once boost builds, regardless I don't care about smoke, more/less who cares?! I figured if the new tune yields better mileage I will live the lack of snap when needed. Once the WOT bug was out of my system, I ran 4-5 tanks through it and hand calc'ed all mileage, I have been honestly granny driving this thing, I even took some excess tools out of the the toolbox to lighten her up. Never breaking 2000 RPM's or 20 lbs. of boost and I haven't broken out of the 13 MPG range! So what did I actually get with my purchase? No quicker than the extreme canned tune and identical mileage. Any comments?

Did you ship your Livewire to us for the tune package? If not, I suggest you give us a call or email. The emailed tunes are different revisions than the tuning package. You will see an increase for sure.

So now I have to spend $400 more dollars to get an increase in mileage and HP? I thought I got that with my initial upgrade... Any credit available?

No, you don't have to. It's just another option for a much better program. Yes, you do receive credit. We have a lot of customers trade up for the new programming. Thanks!

Great to hear Innovative... I'm going to call Monday and get my Livewire out to you. Quick responses on the weekend none the less, thats great customer service in my book. Thanks for your help.
