Got my afe exhaust, intake and minimaxx installed today, and all I can say is "F" Yaaa!! Unbelievable! Thanks to H&S for such an awesome product!

So just one question with the hot is that the wastegate going off everytime its accelerates or just the amount of air its sucking in now?
One more question if the shifting seems a little sloppy can you do the relearn again by just reloading the tune?

Just reload the tune then follow this.... Spartan TCM Transmission Relearn Process!!! I believe the process applies to the factory trans aswell as stated in one of the posts. As for your other question, i don't know. Im a 6.4 fan, but not as knowledgeable as the 6.0's.

It is not the wastegate going off because unless you have installed an aftermarket one these trucks do not come with one.

Without better explanation as to the sound you are referring to........I would bet its the intake sucking in more air than your stock one used to.

Unless he is referring to a surge, but i thought the compound setup didnt surge easily..?

It doesn't, he is probably just hearing his intake suck in a lot of air. Quite a bit of difference between stock and a free-flowing air filter.

Yeah I figured it was probably the intake. Sucks the air pretty good now though wow. When it shifts you can hear it take a gulp.
I know when I first loaded the tune and started the truck it did surge for a moment but i'm guessing because it was cold. Hasn't happened since.
