EGR Turned Off???
Anyone having any problems after turning off egr through the SCT programmer w/out having an egr delete? Is it still safe to tow with the tow setting and egr shut off? Thank you

Shouldn't have any problems. All of my tunes from Spartan have the EGR shut off and I have no issues. H&S shuts off the EGR with all of their tunes as well. I am not familiar with the SCT tuning, but I would assume that its perfectly fine.

Does the 250 tune shut off the EGR?

Just as 08stroker250 stated, my SCT tunes from Eric also have the EGR turned off and I didn't have to remove anything related to the EGR. No problems either...

My EGR opens and closes real fast sometimes. Like when I'm hooking up the trailer I notice it. Its fast enough that the numbers on the Dashdaq barely have time to update. is that normal? Since I noticed it, I have been monitoring the valve position while driving, and seems to open/close somewhat normally... And I do run the 250 tune, so if the EGR is supposed to be disabled with that tune, something is messed up.

The 210, 210 TP, and 250 tunes cycle the EGR at idle. Your good.
