debating on going that rout and risk getting caught and fined or stay stock.. what should i do??

I would go for it! Iam very pleased with my spartan. I don't think that its very risky here in Louisiana maybe in other states though

just load a higher tune that doesn't smoke and you should be fine, well until you get pulled over and "randomly inspected"
