They can void your warranty for just about anything now days so to be safe its best to go to the dealer with the truck set back to stock. The 250 and up tunes are race tunes and were never really designed to achieve maximum longevity out of the truck but it all really depends how you run it if you run it easy chances are you will never have a problem with the gaskets or tranny because both hold up very well even when people run the piss outa them. Ive never heard of any recent injector problems, and the few problems there were was a manufacturing flaw. The number one thing in keeping these trucks going strong is using common sense in what tune you use for what even though many people do I would not tow on any of the race tunes and keep an eye on your quages can make all the difference sometimes.

The 250 and under tunes will be perfectly fine on your truck. I think 2 or 3 people have blow head gaskets with the 250 tune that I have read, but they were really early build date trucks. As for the warranty, you will have to put the truck back to stock before going to the dealer, but the tuner is not detectable through the ECM.

No, there will be no info in the ECM for the tech's to know after the truck has been returned to stock
