There is the DPF-R I believe, but is somewhat a hassle to operate. It is about the same price as a tuner also. Most tuners allow you to tune to a stock calibration and delete Regen.

they do make a device called the DPF-R I believe which turns off regen but doesn't tune the truck. Now I heard a million times that it will destroy your motor and to stay away from it at all cost. So yes is the answer to your question, but with a new motor being $14K I wouldn't risk it. just my .02

EDIT: First Ford beat me to it.

Your best bet would be an H&S XRT, you can run it on the stock power level and not worry about re-gen or codes of any sort. Its one of the most affordable options to delete the DPF/cat, and H&S has the tuning mastered!
