I know this is a simple question but is it safe to run the 250 or 275 tunes with a small trailer behind you like a jet ski?

I go to the lake on weekends and I got a 3 seater jet ski was wondering if i can pass switching tunes every weekend to go to the lake since its not a big load.

Yes, just watch your temps. That small of a load the truck won't even notice probably. I would assume all of your temps will stay completely normal. Some people tow heavy with those tunes. One guy on here, Klutch, towed his race truck with the KEM 345 tune and had no problems. Now granted that tune is similar to our 310 tune, it's still a big a tune to be towing with.

You're good. I drag this guy around with the 275. I'm not stupid with it, but I'm like you, I don't really feel the need to change tunes just to go to the lake.

37' 15,000lbs fifth wheel here with the 275. No problems at all. Like everyone says. Drive with the big head. Not the little on.

I tow a 36' triple slide 5th wheel travel trailer on the 275 tune and have no problems. You just have to be smart and watch your gauges. You cant punch it to the floor on steep grades or you probably will blow something up.
