275 over stock if you don't abuse the truck. Ive got 160,000km on mine with no issues(tranny that is). I even pull my 37' fifth wheel with the 210 and 275.

81,000 total miles, 47,000 Spartan tuned miles. I daily drive with the 275 tune, always have. Last year I daily drove with the 310 tune during beta testing from May until September. I have made several passes at the track and I have also sled pulled. I have done numerous transmission relearn processes, 4wd boosted launches, and burnouts. My tranny is still stock and drivable....somewhat lol. The 350 tune testing I did here recently took it's toll I believe. I have a Suncoast going in VERY soon. Should be in today as a matter of fact. Anyway, as you can see it took the 350 tune and some hard passes to really make my tranny start acting up. These transmissions are solid when the right tuning is installed on the truck.
