spartan tune help

I tried to get ahold of mick but his phone has changed and he does'nt except messages anymore. Anyways I am forced to smog my pickup so I figured I would throw my stock exhaust on and load my stock tune easy as that. Well something is wrong with the original sd card as it will no longer uploads new tunes at all. So I bought another card and when I transfer my files from my computer to my card it works, however when I install the sd card into my dashdaq it shows no tunes. I loaded the winzip deal that spartan recommends and when I try to open my tune files it says invalid file. Yikes if anyone has any info or recommendations to a computer retard that would be awesome! jon

Are you loading the tunes into a folder on the SD card named "transfer"? I believe that is the only place that the DD will find your tunes.

I have the same issue ad some others post the same i never did get time to talk to Mick but i think its a easy fix he can walk you though. i think mine is a license issue.

not that Im aware of, how do I put a file name on the sd card?

Are you putting the SD card in the DashDAQ while it is unplugged?? If you don't put it in while the DashDAQ is unplugged, the tunes will not show up. Nothing will show up.

Sounds like your calling my old number. New number is 828-702-3461. All .enc tunes have to be in a the transfer folder on the sd card. Right click on the sd card and select new, then folder. Just type in transfer. Put the tunes in this folder including the stock file. If your have a strategy flash tuner where your tunes are in the tuning files folder then you should also have a stock files folder. Make sure you copy your stock file into this folder. Next go to Tuning, I Accept then to Load Stock. Call our work umber if you are still having problem in the morning. 828-692-9967

I didnt set up the sd card with the transfer folder, my mistake, im horrible with this stuff. I'd never make it behind a desk!
