Sun Coast Installed, GAME ON!!!

Just got the call from my buddy down at Ford and he is finished with the installation of all my Sun Coast stuff. He says the truck drives good but has some hard shifts. I'll have to check that out for myself, seeing as it has a few mods that made it shift hard even before this install.

Right now the truck is getting a ball joint replaced and the window regulator in the driver door. Should be done this afternoon!

sounds awesome..Did you get the rebuild kit or complete trans?? also how much if you dont mind me asking..

I am waiting on mine to get done at Elite. Will be nice to actually put my foot into it again. Mine is slipping so bad I drive like a granny. lol Can't wait to hear how you like it.

I purchased the Sun Coast "super duty" rebuild kit from Aaron @ Rudy's Diesel and had it installed by my friend, who happens to be the trans tech at my local Ford dealer.

I also purchased the billet input and intermediate shaft upgrades as well as the Sun Coast TQ converter. All in all with shipping and the core money for the converter it ended up being about $3800 I believe.

It's at Elite?! That is one heck of a haul to get a trans installed!
