Question about SCT Livewire
My friend sold his truck which was an 08 and he returned it to stock. I want to buy his programmer but SCT said it wouldnt work on an 09 when we checked on it about a month ago. Has anyone used one on an 09? His is the DPF on tuner with the SCT tunes.

It should work just fine, but your wasting your time with the dpf on tuner. You won't see any mileage unless u take the dpf off. I went from 12 to 14 with the tuner only, then removed the dpf and went to 20 mpg!! Well worth the $$
