well, I ordered the afe ss exhaust w/ muffler from DPF DELETE PIPES and the S an B intake. nice guy. but I did not tell him it was a reg cab. will this matter on the length? did not get the down pipe yet because I did not want to cut the stock one yet but it sure looks like it would fall right down out of there. thanks. next I want to replace the tube on the right side of intercooler that looks like it was smashed on accident not on purpose.

It doesn't matter, like ant250 said, you just don't use all the pipe. Hope you enjoy.

I've got the AFE without the muffler and love the sound. Kinda sounds like a jet fighter. I've heard the muffler eliminates some of that sound but makes it too quiet too.

A muffler on the AFE exhaust sounds as quiet as stock with a little bit of a whistle. I ran my truck like that for a few weeks. I couldn't take it. Now I am straight piped and loving it......again lol.
