I run it every day. Coolant level hasn't budged in 12,000 miles with updated head gaskets and stock head bolts.

Yes, my truck is an early build Job 1. 8/07 is a Job 2. I see much better highway mileage with the 275 tune, and any roads that have a 45-50 mph speed limit I see better highway mileage. Anything under 35 mph is not much better than the 250 tune. Lock up being at 45 mph instead of 50 mph definitely makes the 275 a better tune for daily driving in my opinion. As long as you don't beat on it, you shouldn't have to worry about head gaskets blowing.

Yes, but I have about 35,000 miles without the TCM running the 275 tune as DD as well. My tranny is still holding up fine. I recommend it for guys who run the 275 and 310 tunes for competition use that have Job 1 TCM's, but for daily driving I do not recommend it.

That's a little too early to have a 6.4 in it...
