Getting the most out of my 6.4

I have a 2008 F-250 6.4 The only mods are 35" tires, K&N Cold air intake, and an SCT Livewire. Only getting around 13 mpg! The only pulling I do is a camper once every few months. I'm getting ready to put a new exhaust on it. And I was also thinking about sending my SCT off and getting custom tunes. Whos tunes do you recommend? What do you guys recommend on the exhaust Brand, Size? I'm wanting to do away with the dpf and I was thinking 5" exhaust. I'm wanting to get the most out of my truck and get a few more MPG's! So what is everyones opinion?

what do i do to get innovative tunes? Whats the number or address?

I'm going river city disel on my custom tune. Not at hot as innovative and river city actually answers the phone and has some customer service! I never have actually talked to a live person at innovative. Also have u done the dpf delete?? That's where the milage is at!!
