Cobbs diesel?

I ordered a Spartan tuner with 4” afe dp back exhaust without muffler and afe dry drop in filter on April 5 from cobbs diesel. I received afe with muffler and an oiled filter with no tuner. Have called multiple times to straighten it out and been assured every time they are working on it as we speak. Well its almost 3 weeks later and I have not received a tuner or even a return phone call. I am not trying to cause trouble I just want what I paid for.

Travis, I tried returning your phone call yesterday, your tuner will be there Monday. I believe we explained the situation to you, the person who handled your order no longer works for us for these obvious reasons. The reason we did not immediately dispatch a tuner was because I cannot just go on a claim that you did not receive it. I have to check the proper channels to ensure that it was not lost by UPS/FedEx ect. because in our file, the ex-employee stated that it had indeed been shipped.

Just to clarify, this employee in reference is not Jeff, Jeff left us on good standing. We were both in agreeance that he should take the job offer that was put before him at Spartan Diesel.

hey everyone who has bashed cobbs i didnt have a problem at all gettin my stuff other than stupid ups sent my stuff to arkansas but hey it wasnt cobbs fault! i would recommend him to anyone!

why would you recommend a shop that srews 99% of there customers and you read daily the problems that everyone has with cobbs on this site and others. even if i made the mistake of purchasing thru cobbs before i heard about there terrible service and my order went excellent i still would be smart enough not to recommend them because of what usually happens and how they handle it. do a quick cobbs diesel search
