idle noise with spartan

Anybody notice funny sounds when the truck is in park and ideling? I was hooking up a trailer today and noticed the exhaust changes tones alot and when you sit in the truck it revs slighty every 20 seconds or so. Running spartan 250 tune with cat/dpf delete with stock exhaust. Just trying to find out if this is normal

i think the 250 has the egr still enabled...if it does then the sound you are hearing is the egr valve opening and closing...put one of the signals on your dashdaq to commanded egr under ford specific...and watch to see if the numbers on the gauge cordinate with the change in exhaust tone you are hearing(will go from 0% to around 33%)

im almost positive its your egr valve opening and closing...does it go from a hissing sound to a deeper tone and back again?

So is the egr valve part of the little rev that happens about every 20 seconds or so while in park.
