injector question??
Do you have to remove the cab to get to the injectors and fuel rails on the 6.4?? also can anyone tell me about the new dual VDO fuels pumps from elite??? thanks

I think it is possible.........Im not 100% sure but Im sure someone with hands on knowledge will chime in

Yes it can be done cab-on. Just be careful with the coolant return pipe on the passenger side, it likes to break.

I would not remove the cab to change injectors and rails, can easily be done.
Here is the list of what would need pulled: Both Battery Boxes, Turbo crossover pipe, transmission dipstick, cold air intake, glow plug module, glow plug harnesses, and both valve covers. A beginner could probably have it apart in around 3-4 hours. |
